I just discovered pumpkin seeds in shell! Holy cow are they amazing... I was so amazed after only a handful how much they fill you up. I took out a serving and could only finish half. Highly recommend them if you are looking to feel full!

Agreed! Increase your caloric intake..... Its amazing how much u can lose when u fuel your body right. I always weigh less the days I up my intake seriously!

I can relate! For me its all or nothing. About a yr and a half ago I dropped 100 lbs post baby #1, primarily by cutting out the processed foods including those treats. It was baby #2 that started up those cravings again and ate sugar snacks for about 9 mos. Now im working on adjusting my habits back, and wow is it hard!…

I would do what you can how they are doing it in the video, then do modifications. I did insanity then the asylum and modifications for pushups were my best friends! You WILL get stronger so stick with it! Better to just keep going then to stop and take a break (unless you HAVE to)

i gained 60 obs with my first child.. topped out at 255 prego! Within a year after I dropped 100 lbs through walking long distances and doing insanity. Not gonna lie.... i never saw such great results as I did doing insanity! I had a defined stomach! Now I'm pregnant again and can't wait to see the results again post baby!…

try increasing your calorie intake a little.. maybe 100-200 cals. always keep your body guessing :) Increase water intake too can help . Good luck!

thats me with sweets. Can't even have them in the house else I eat them all, Out of sight, out of mind.

Cardio Max and taebo are good (taebo is a good cardio but i felt it more with cardio max)
-
I discovered those last yr..... already hunted those girl scouts down for a box this year!
-
They incorporate weights and resistance. Her cardio is just under 30 mins, consisting of 3 circuits of exercises. You do each exercise for a minute before moving onto the next without resting. Her intervals are designed to give you "little breaks" while you're still moving (i.e. going from marching to fast feet to punching…

I've done all of them.... Insanity (by FAR) gave me the best results but with it being soo intense it's not a realistic pace to keep up for longer than the 60 days. I recently purchased Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and although I'm only on day #2, I woke up SORE! This was something Insanity never did for! Insanity is…

I just started 2 days ago... LOVE IT! Im really excited for results :) I did the Insanity 60 day program and was not sore once..... I woke up this morning after 2 days of JM and could feel it! I really enjoy her videos, especially this one.

yes extremely short! The first set of dvds average around 35-45 mins and the 2nd phase is about an hr. I think he just took bits and pieces of his most effective moves for people short on time and that want results. Obviously if you can stick out the whole Insanity program you're results will be fantastic, but ya gotta…

lunges and squats work GREAT. bringing back the classics. I've always had large hips and thighs so combining those exercises with cardio have helped to tone and get rid the extra layer(s) of "love"

Yes up your weights! Works wonders :)

I use the unsweetened. Never tried the sweetened. I don't actually drink it plain, but instead I use it in smoothies and in cereal. Because I mix other ingredients with it you can't actually taste how bland it is. I'm saving numerous calories by using that one! Give it a try and see what you think :)

Im in the same boat :). Except I tried making guacamole with a couple of them NOW THATS my weakness :). I doubt you will experience any side effects of so much. Im sure you'll slow down in a couple weeks. Good luck with it! They get expensive

Yes I log everything! Makes me so much more informed on what I'm really putting into my body when I eat crappy. Today is one of those days!

the girl from enchanted!

I wouldn't agree with "guys like a skinny chick"... you'll find out everyone has a preference! And they're all different.

oh geez. Mayan calendar has ended before.... then it just starts all over again. Funny how frantic people get.

If you like pb and bananas 1/2 c, plain oatmeal (otional, tastes GREAT and really fills you up!) 1 c. milk of your choice (I use almond milk) 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp. peanut butter Blend it all! (if you use oatmeal blend that FIRST by its self then add the other ingredients) OR Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie 1 c. strawberries…

oh and instead of focusing on losing weight if you are at a healthy weight, try set a goal to become stronger. You'd be amazed how weights added to a routine can make significant changes on your body! Small changes like that can make a world of difference!
-
yes update your goals! Pay close attention to your healthy weight range though so you stay within the healthy bracket. I was thinking the same thing just this morning.
-
I use to wake up every day at 4:45am.... then I had a baby and got smart. :) Now I exercise at night or during naptime. Its not bad to exercise at night unless you find it gives you too much energy before bed. If so, try to squeeze it in earlier. Whatever works for you and your baby :)
-
First and only thing I noticed was you don't eat breakfast! Thats so important to get your metabolism going and trigger your body to release fat because its not starving anymore. Maybe throw in some morning fruit to get your metabolism going :)
-
AND adding oatmeal into the blender when you are making smoothies is a MUST.
-
never had porrage but i think oatmeal is thicker :D
-
I ditched processed foods months ago and it was the best thing i've ever done! Everything you already have on your list is what i was going to mention. Avacados, natural peanut butter. Mangos are also good (high calorie fruit... about 135-160cals.) Eggs are a great choice too (who really only eats 1 egg???) Good luck!

waterproof liquid liner stays on great! I've been wearing it ever since I discovered eyeliner :).... eye pencils smudge and come off so easily
