  • Unfortunately, I've got it too. I have 2 kids, no c-sections thank g-d, but since I carried all in the front, I seem to have totally lost the elasticity in my stomach. I don't have very much weight to lose, but I'm hoping to lose it in the belly and chest. I never seem to lose it where I want to though.

  • I.m hoping to do the same, trying to use smaller, more achievable goals. I've also got a few special events to look forward to, that I'm trying to keep reminding myself about. I want to look great in pictures from vacation, and I'll be getting together with friends that I haven't seen in years in a few months.
  • They must be! People are posting larger weights with smaller sizes and vice versa. I find this MORE confusing, not less. Oh well!
  • I agree. A Big and Tall store is exactly what you need, and luckily it's now only for the "tall" part.
  • I know that I struggle more with food during the weekend, so on the weekend I eat a smaller breakfast. I also make sure to exercise more, so that I have extra points to use if needed.
  • Start with a salad and drink plenty of water, even before you go to the restaurant. It will fill you up. Avoid dessert and try to avoid appetizers. Also, choose a fish or chicken dish rather than a meat or pasta dish.
