  • We're winding up Day Three. I'm doing pretty good, trying to stay within my 1200 calories. Today is my husband's birthday and it's been tough. I have a roast in the oven and will have rice and green beans. He will probably have ice-cream, but I'll pass. Thank goodness it's not my favorite desert. Good luck to everyone :)

  • Good morning. Weigh 154.6# today. Have had a yummy breakfast of 288cal. See if I can make it to lunch. If not, will eat a serving of fruit for a snack.   • It's true, gyms do tend to get crowded the first of the year, but as you say it gets back to just the regulars around March. I can't really complain too much.
