I get up each morning about 4:15. splash cold water on my face. Take my nutritional suppliments with some water. In about 30-40 minutes I am ready to go. The gym opens at 5:00 am. I wait at the door with everyone else and once inside the gym and get moving I feel better. Nothing better than walking out the door of the gym…

I have a fitbit and I really really like it! The calorie burn shown with my fitbit is very close to MFP. I have not linked it to MFP because I like to see things separately. Feel free to add me as a friend!!

I could eat a whole bag of those mini donuts in nothing flat....Oh yes and lets not forget the haggen Das icecream dulche. Bags of oreos at a time.....Oh the list goes on and on....Makes me sick to think of how much I use to eat!!

Don't give up!! Sometimes we can retain water ........us ladies are prone to do around that time of the month....Also watch your sodium intake as well. Just stay the coarse and keep moving...eventually you will see results.

My fat is belly,hips and inner thighs....lets not forget the boobs too! Since I have started on my weight loss journey people tell me that my face looks thinner....geuss I have a fat face too LOL!!
