In the same boat! I have an 8 week old and am trying to lose weight. I lost 6lbs quickly and have stagnated since December 1. I’m frustrated that I’m maintaining even though I feel like I’m eating well and I’m breastfeeding on demand.

I say treat yourself if you're on track. But here is a nice breakfast smoothie recipe (for two!) that hits my pb/chocolate craving: http://www.culturesforhealth.com/peanut-butter-sour-cream-smoothie-recipe

I gave up my daily Diet Coke by switching to La Croix and to flat water with a lemon or lime slice in it. Now I can get through the day with water and hot tea only. I have maybe 5 sodas a year now, as a treat. Good luck!

It really does depend on what your lifting program is, but my first two impulses are to say 1. Eat more protein, and 2. Lift 3x per week and do something else the other day you are at the gym. Maybe you aren't getting enough recovery time between workouts.

I log it as "circuit training" on MFP, but I don't log the minutes from the warm-up or cool-down. I figure my FitBit will get those few steps and that's good enough. I did level 1 today and logged 154 calories for 22 minutes of work.

I live downtown in my city, so I get a lot of catcalls, etc. when I run by the bus stops and the bus station. I just ignore it (I wear headphones, so I pretend I didn't hear) or I shoot them eye daggers and keep going.

I am 5'2" and 28 years old. I'm down to 117. I'd like to get down to somewhere between 110-115, but I'm mostly interested in toning my body and getting more athletic. Feel free to add! Always looking for new friends so I can stay motivated.

I found that 1200 was just not sustainable for me. I would be so hungry by dinnertime! I bumped up to 1280 and I allow myself to go over if I am running/exercising that day. It's much less likely that I binge now on the weekends. Just that little bit made a big difference for me.

Generally, I just log some variation of "circuit training" for Jillian's videos. I use that for 30 day shred and no more trouble zones.
