  • i can sooo relate to your post. i'm tired of starting and stopping and relapsing. i'm really committing this time, but it's so difficult to change bad habits. i've been keeping quotes and photos to try to help inspire me to stay on track to get healthier and have more energy. good luck and you're not alone!
