I was wondering the same thing...I walk an average of 9 to 13 miles a day and burn up to 8000 calories...so far what I've done is just list how many calories burned in an hours time. I have one of those watches that tracks heart rate and calories burned.

I was 198 and I'm 5'4....I'm down to 178 but stll have a long ways to go....If anyone can give me some advice on what to do when you get hungry at night.

I'm doing this without my husband. He's very supportive though. He's also a very good cook but I have been trying to do more of it with healthy meals, he eats whatever I make :)
