Metabolic Rest in chocolate with some skim milk or coconut milk is good, occasionally I will put in 0% Greek yogurt, or skip the milk all together and just put the powder inside the yogurt, its VERY GOOD! I also love vanilla Greek yogurt with strawberries and a banana!
