I had exactly that sugar problem. I am pre-diabetic and the doc said no no no sugar. So I went the Stevia way and have been very satisified. It's a little pricey but I think it's totally worth it. NO CHEMICALS ! I use 2 pkts. in what ever.....ice coffee or ice tea and when I want something bubbly I drink setzer water...

use the peppridgefarm whole wheat flat breads........only 100 cal. and you get two pieces. (just like 2 slices) and use the laughing cow blue cheese spread, that's only 35 cal. and the taste is there....
