  • I'm late today because I had to take one of my kids to the doctor an hour and a half away this morning, but I did get home safely (bad ice storm) and got W3D3 finished! On the last running part I kept going until 22 minutes for a 5 minute stretch. On to week 4!

  • Good job, Tracy! I did day 1 of week 2 today as well. I felt like it was tough while I was doing it, but I finished! I increased my speeds each time last week and I did today on the same as I did Friday so I'm pretty pleased with myself.

  • Week 1 - DONE!!! My treadmill decided to go crazy on me so I had to wait on my husband to get home to fix it for me, but I did it. I upped my speeds and actually ran 2 minutes on the last run segment. It was tough, but I made it. I think I need new shoes too, but I'll have to wait til after we get my husband some new work…

  • So I did some research and I think you need to talk to your doctor about this. A sleep study could maybe help you figure out why you're doing this. Also, make sure you aren't able to get to anything dangerous (cleaners, etc.) that could hurt you if you eat it while you're asleep. :happy:
