Well naturally because I posted that it doesnt work for me.... it worked for me today, lol.

I can totally relate. I normally cant drink plain water unless its VERY cold. I do drink bottled water at work, I buy one of those big 55oz bottles and I get to keep it in the freezer while I am working, so I can drink it. At home though... I just cant do it. I use those little flavor packets that you put in water. But to…

I'm also 5'3" and my goal is 145. The smallest I have ever been is 128, but that was in high school, so I know thats not a realistic goal for me. So, I decided 145, cause I too want to keep my curves. I'm much farther from my goal though, my starting weight is 322.. Feel free to add me if you like :D

First, let me say, I completely agree with everything bmac said. I am severely overweight (150+ lbs overweight) and I know how you feel. I have "cried wolf" many times with my getting healthy, so I understand how that goes. Most people will tell me that they have faith in me and know I can do it, but I always feel like…

Oh, let me clarify... my idea of skinny isnt a size zero. My "skinny" pic is of me when I was 140 pounds. To me, that is skinny ;) I dont, and wont ever aim to be society's idea of skinny.

I would give it a try and see if it works for you. If you have issues with insomnia, it might not be a good idea. However if you are a total night owl like me, then do it up! I prefer to do my walking late as well (when I could walk). Mostly because I prefer the quiet and solitude that the night has to offer. :) Once I am…

I think it depends on the scale itself as well. I have had a few digital scales and I didnt like any of them. They were definatly not accurate, as I would step on them 3 times and I would get a totally different reading every time. So I tossed them. I use my mom's now, its digital, but I can get the same reading all 3…

I spent a couple hours going through them the other night. I wouldn't call it an addiction, but it was definatly inspiring! I hope that I can post mine in there one day!

Thanks! Where I live we have a club house that has a workout room and I have been thinking about going down there and getting on a bike. I figure it will be much easier on me in the beginning. Walking is just way too painful right now (between back and knees), so I have thought that being on a bike might be just be the…
