Hiya! I'm in! I'm hoping to sign up for a 10K in september so this would be perfect! At the moment I run about 4k (5 at a push) but can't seem to get any further. What is the free app called? I couldn't seem to find it when I searched!

Haha I've just done the body shape calculator and I'm a banana!! I didn't even know that was a thing! I used to think I was an apple as carry it all on my stomach, but my boobs have gone :(! Current measurements 37-31-36. The (ok, unachievable!) dream of hour-glass have been dashed lol.

My goal for today is not to come home from the pub tonight and eat something (I'm from the UK and there's a big football match tonight)! I know I'll definitely be tempted for a late night snack when I get in, but must resist!

I'm the same! I find that allowing myself some sort of sweet 'bad' food a day, but staying within cals, helps stop the cravings and prevents me going way overboard and ruining things. Things like frozen yoghurt instead of icecream and weight watchers cake slices are my fave, they're generally low fat and satisfy the sweet…

130 or less would be great. I currently cannot get past 140, just stuck between 140 and 141 gaining and losing the same pound! Carry all my weight on my stomach and arms as well, so whatever weight makes them look ok is fine by me :)

Yep same here...had a disastrous sunday and monday (bbq followed by a friend's birthday meal out and alcohol), but definitely back on it today!! Haven't been able to face the scales so will just have to see!

Omg you look amazing! Well done!! How did you get such fast results? I've been going since mid-jan and a dream is to look that good in a bikini, or even just acceptable in a bikini (still waaay off!) What were your starting/end weights/goals? Congrats!

I log it as 20 mins of circuit training, general - which comes out at 171 calories. From reading other people's posts it seems about 200 is the average for those with heart rate monitors (I don't have one so can't be sure).

W4L2D3 done :)! It's definitely getting easier... well it's definitely getting harder, but doesn't feel as hard as to begin with if that makes sense! Although my neck was really hurting today, is anyone else's? I'm pretty sure I'm doing it how your meant to without putting as much strain on your neck, but it's not working!

I always try to exercise more that day as opposed to eating less as drinking on an empty stomach doesn't go well for me! Also an empty stomach means I'm more likely to be tempted by the chips on the way home!
