Wow. I am on 1200 a day as well. I am liking it. If I exercise I get more cals to eat, not that I am trying for that. The weight should come off faster than 2pds a week I am thinking. So I am only 5 days into it and have exercised and recieved extra cals to eat if i want. Good Luck and would love to see where you are at in…
