  • I'll usually have oatmeal or toast with PB for breakfast, I'll have pasta or something for lunch, and snack on fruit like oranges or bananas for breakfast and then dinner will be some sauteed vegetables and a salad. and then I typically have popcorn after that since I can't resist it ever.
  • I'm not that great at tofu but tofu scramble (especially Post Punk Kitchen's recipe) is AMAZING Also, sometimes I'll get extra firm tofu and tempeh "bacon" and fry them up and eat them with lettuce, tomato, and vegenaise on some hearty bread. Yum yum!
  • Absolutely!! I put it on everything, even more so when I forget to take my supplement. It's yummy and incredibly good for you
  • Hey there, I'm always looking for new vegan people to chat with. It's so much easier to keep your head in the game when you find people you can relate to!
  • Sometimes it does take a while for the information to go back and forth between each other, but so far I've had complete success. I believe my favorite feature is using my activity history to estimate how many calories I have alloted for the rest of the day. I lovelovelove that!!
  • Yeah, it was actually super easy....not difficult at all. I was surprised. I'm hoping to keep up with some people to see how it motivates them and whatnot. I know seeing the calories I burn just doing day to day things and how many steps I've taken is awesome....you'll have to let me know how you like it when you finally…
  • Oh man I can totally relate. I have a few go-to's for this: 1) A handful of dark chocolate covered almonds 2) Vanilla yogurt with honey nut cheerios and sliced strawberries mixed in. 3)Homemade fruit smoothie! Don't add sugar though....just all natural fruit. 4)Rice cake topped with pb and banana. Good luck :)
  • OMG. Best thing ever. I've become an oatmeal fanatic lately. Here's a few ideas. (All you ought to use milk with...tastes better, is better!) 1) Throw in some cocoa powder, a banana and some peanut butter. 2) Mix in a dash of ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, slivered almonds, agave nectar and some sliced apple pieces, some…

  • Well this is neat :) I only want to lose maybe 5 lbs, but I also recognize that with toning, and running more I'll probably gain a little muscle weight. As long as I don't gain inches. I think I'll search for more members with similar goals! and as for everyone else, runners included, feel free to add me. I'm glad I posted…
  • I understand that guilty thing. Like, when you see people who've lost 50+ lbs, its like.....why can't I shave off these last five? Or even just add some definition? I think it's a matter of pateince. As we lose weight and whatnot, our metabolism slows, and it's making that adjustment that's one of the hardest things.
  • AAHHHH!!!! this is great. I felt really alone, like my goals and accomplishments don't matter you know, because I don't have much to lose. Is there any way we can make a group on here? Like, those just aiming to tone/no more than 20 lbs to lose?
