I wish I had been educated about nutrition before joining. I love the recipes and still go back to them, but at the time my focus was solely on weight loss and not nutrition. You're right WW can't take all the blame, but I feel that they're program/website wasn't a right fit for me. When I would go to meetings we'd talk about all the foods we were tempted by and then I'd think about treats all day! IDK I know a few people that really did get healthy on WW, but it wasn't the right fit for me.

My mom did WW years ago...lost sooo much weight, and then just gained it all back and then some. They just don't help you focus on nutrition. It's a numbers game.

I just purchased BBL last week and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I am sooo excited! I've been doing Bum Bum Rapido for 3 days, it was e-mailed to me, and I love it. I went running today and I left like my legs were so much stronger already! I can't wait to see what happens in 60 days :)

I bought a pair of pants on sale without trying them on a year ago. I couldn't even get them up past my thighs! When I can fit in them again I'll be ecstatic! Would I buy a pair now? Probably not. I'd rather wait until I'm at my goal weight. I do want to buy a smaller swim suit and hang that on my motivation wall :)…

Having friends on here really helps me. I like to see what people are eating and it motivates me to try new things. Also, any time I see that someone has just completed a workout, I want to complete a workout! It's like a healthy competition and a way too keep myself accountable. I would suggest getting a Heat Monitor that can measure that calories you burn. I don't really trust what MFP has for exercise b/c everyone is different and may burn a different amount of calories.

I just purchased Zumba for Wii for my mother and bought an extra belt for me too! I also plan on buying the DVDs. I'm really excited to try it out! Still nervous about doing it in a class with other people lol
