hard to say without seeing you diary.... but I would say eat more protein. You may need to increase your calories.

One day or meal will not ruin anything. I would make a plate with a half portion of everything I wanted. Make a set amount of 'junk' to allow yourself , enjoy it! And get back on track the next day.

I do a free meal every 1 or 2 weeks, either go out to eat or order take out (chinese or pizza). The rest of the time there is nothing that " i cant have" , its all about portion control.

LOVE Lucky charms... I always save enough calories to have a bowl at night... with some Light Silk Vanilla Milk.... so good!
