I think its pretty generalized, I notice it around my hips and belly the most though, my clothes are fitting so much better even after only 8 pound.

I can't stay off the scale!!! I keep telling myself to only weigh once a week, but I have weighed myself 3 times today. I'm was between 245 and 247 today, I have logged the 247, not sure i f I should the 245, maybe I will see what I am in the morning! Anyone else developing this crazy obsession? Help!!

You can eat the food you are used to, just not in the portions that you are used to. I made chicken enchiladas tonight with rice and beans and didn't go over my calories! got on the treadmill both Saturday and Sunday! I briskly walked a mile. Thought I wouldn't make it on Saturday and then today it was so much easier! Goal for the week is to walk a mile everyday and then gradually add more to it.. ultimate goal is 3 miles!

I only log if it has calories, like a glass of milk or my coffee creamer. I try not to drink my calories, usually have water or crystal light.
