Made a yummy one this morning with frozen (previously fresh) strawberries, fresh pineapple, frozen banana, flax seed and coconut water.. Delicious!

I started it last year but ended up with a bad case of tennis elbow or lifters elbow so had to stop... hoping to start it again but my main concern is I belong to Planet Fitness and I will have to do some improvising as they don't have some of the equipment needed.

Tried that stuff before too... Awful... I don't mind PB2 though.. I don't mix the water with it to make it like regular PB but I put it in my yogurt or smoothies and it is a great substitute... but nothing beats the real thing! I used to get the low fat Jif but wanted to go natural and I love Crazy Richards PB.…

5'5 and want to be anything under 140... I don't care if it is 139.9!!! I think my body wants to be in the low 140s but my "happy weight" is 135 but I know that is not sustainable...

Today is going to be a tough workout day! Got Brazil Butt Lift Cardio Axe, then High and Tight (not sure if the whole thing or just part - have to check my workout schedule) plus abs and usual dog walk! Waiting for it to warm up again!

Do you use a heart rate monitor to tell how many calories you burned or what do you go by?? Unfortunately, I am constantly trying new recipes. I guess the best I can do is when I eat "plain", i.e., meat and vege without any vege, make sure I am logging that stuff... maybe I will have more time and patience for it when not…

Really struggling with food tracking (although I am still weighing and measuring). However, my recipes are a tad involved and complicated and I don't have the time to sit and create recipes on this site... too time consuming...

Congrats and good luck! Once you do a race you will totally be addicted! I love C25K and have used it for 1) get into running and 2) to ease back into running after injuries/surgery... Keep it up!!

After my late night and cocktails, I certainly did not feel like doing my workout but got 'er done! Brazil Butt Lift Cardio Axe and Tummy Tuck - plus the usual dog walk! Bed early tonight!!

As of yesterday I was down 1 pound but after last night probably back up! Cocktails, dinner at Emeril's Chophouse... I did to a lot of dancing at the concert I was at though so hopefully it counteracted some of it... I won't mention the pint of ice cream my hubby and I shared when we got home though! :tongue:
