I don't think it is the keto flu as I don't feel sick, just don't have the pep I had previously. I do get plenty of potassium from my avocados! Thanks for the alcohol list... unfortunately what I like to drink as far as booze, sweet tea vodka is high in carbs. I like the good beers which are not low carb but I can do…

I do love that gum, but in the old Atkins book it said to avoid ANYTHING with sugar on induction and I believe there is a small amount in those gums, but I love the key lime!

I have the opposite problem I am not hungry at all, or should not say I am not hungry at all but I certainly don't find myself starving... I have my breakfast and can go hours without even thinking of food.... When I ate more carbs, I was always hungry.

Believe me, I am not trying to eat under... I am just not hungry eating higher protein/fat and I cannot justify eating when not hungry. When I had more carbs in my diet (prior to Atkins), I was always hungry and always had to have a snack but I just stay full...

Day 6 and no flu.. I do eat plenty of avocado so perhaps that is keeping my potassium repleted! I kind of had eliminated processed foods for the most part prior to this so perhaps that is why I am smooth sailing!

Because I was eating the way you described and have been gaining weight... I just need a jump start. I am not looking for a magic diet. I have been stuck for months and need some motivation. But thank you for your input.

Weight down a bit today, but more important some inches lost... not in my problem areas but it will get there! More measurements in a month! Keep at it everyone! Going to be a tough weekend for me food wise and no exercise but I will do the best I can!

47 here, soon to be 48... I have been at a standstill with weight loss, not matter what I do... trying not to give up... Got my 30 year reunion next month! Perimenopausal symptoms, arthritis in the knees... I just want/need to lose about 15 pounds or so but I am not making any progress... Add me if you like!
