I'm wrapping up week 6 of Tai Cheng. Some days are easier than others but I'm still enjoying it!0

Week 4 was challenging starting Neural Reboot 2 with foam rolling the quads. That's been my trouble spot for years. My husband says I'm moving faster since doing Tai Cheng. I've noticed more flexibility in some areas.0
