I believe they work the core, strengthen the abs but I am not sure how many, how long to do them. I think I am supposed to hold for a minute but how many?

I was going to answer tortilla but then read that is not what you are looking for but I absolutely love my whole wheat tortilla pizza. I also make an eggbeaters pizzza crust... obviously not a firm crust but with the toppings you get the flavor. You can use real eggs if not an egg beater fan.

guess I am just stupid..

Only because I need to wear a bathing suit in a little over 2 weeks, I am giving this a shot... starting it tomorrow... Wish me luck!

I think you are correct... I misunderstood.. I thought I was to have nothing but fruits and veges for one day.... At least my calories were low yesterday !

This was not for me... I gave it the old college try but having some protein for dinner...

Okay, i am giving this a shot today... just had my hot lemon water and coffee now heading for a big bowl of canteloupe... I know I will probably be having more fruit than veges but will definitely fit in a big salad and cucumber/peppers as snacks.

I think it is good for a quick fix say before an event, vacation, etc... if it works... been so many years since I did it, I don't remember if it worked or not..

Was going to post a similar question... I have until March 6.... however, I am very limited in my ability to work out due to recent knee arthroscopy and tennis elbow... I would be happy with a 5 pound loss. I know it is not healthy to lose so much so quickly but I still want to get as close to my goal as I can..

This diet has been around for probably close to 30 years... I knew it as the Hershey Medical Center 3 day diet...

create a recipe and then determine what a portion size is, measure out how many servings you get per batch you make and the recipe builder will give you the calories
-
Can the veges be cooked??
-
I think I may do this Tuesday...

I prefer almond over soy... I like blue diamond unsweetened vanilla. Not sure of the difference nutritionally

I rarely take a day off from exercise of some type... it may be at a light level but and just stretching or yoga but I do something every day especially since I have a dog to walk. I take them if I feel my body needs it though for sure, I just don't always feels that it does.

I believe speed comes with time. I have never done tempo runs, intervals, etc... I run by how my body feels and every race I have gotten faster. I did C25K to start running and have utilized it coming back from injuries. Also, not sure if you ever ran a race before, but just the adrenoline of the actual race makes you…

#1, what is your diagnosis and #2, what is your doctor's recommendation? I don't have any disability per se but am currently laid up post knee surgery and a bad case of elbow tendinitis. I am not sure of the name of this piece of exercise equipment but it like bicycle pedals that you use your upper body, perhaps that may…

Anymore advice out there???

I have been getting the Lindt dark chocolate and sea salt bars.... a serving size is 4 squares but I find I can satisfy that chocolate craving with usually one square - 40 cal. yummy!!

Soreness is normal, pain is not... so as long as just muscle soreness go on with your workouts... I little cardio might loosen them up a bit and don't forget the importance of stretching... I do a stretch/yoga pre- and post runs but some say only to do it after.
-
since I currently cannot run, run for me!!
-
I might be wrong, but I believe you could set your activity level to sedentary or low and then add in your exercise calories and then if you don't exercise you won't be eating the extra???
-
I don't know but I love your profile name!

irresponsible trainer... for sure... don't blame yourself.. you go to an "expert" and hope to get proper guidance.. unfortunately, not always the case..
