  • You can take some Ibuprofen for the knee pain. I would not do any jumping or squats for at least a full week and if it does not get better then go see your doctor to get xray or mri
  • 1400 - 1600 Calorie diet is too much, you should change to fewer calories. Personally I am on a 1200 calorie diet, exercise 3 - 4 times a week. I usually eat back half of what I burn at the gym. The classes are fine to do but most gyms have trainers there and you can always ask one of them tips to lose weight more.
  • You could always drink a protein shake and maybe try eating vegetables like celery or carrots. you can do celery with peanut butter to get your protein
