My lunch almost everyday is 8-12 ounces chicken breast. Tbsp mayo. Two slices bacon. Sara Lee 45 calorie bread. 40 calorie slice of pepper jack sargento cheese. A peach. Diet mtn. Dew. I'm a breakfast skipper but it used to be full fat plain Greek gods yogurt and a sliced up peach when they are in season.

I eat what I want when I want. If I gain a few pounds so be it. Trying to stay at an exact number does not work for me. I go up and down ten lbs. As long as I don't skip any workouts I'm a happy camper.

I ate all last week on stuff at home I'd already bought. The only thing I had to buy was bread and chicken. I'm trying to do it again this week. In calling it the cupboard cleanse.

I'm prolly gonna die then. I'm up 7 pounds from being at a bbq for 6 hours. Brisket. Ribs. Carnitas. Pulled pork. Bacon wrapped jalapenos.

You're body is still the same body. What worked 40 pounds ago will still work(a deficit) . yes you will have to work harder or longer to burn the same calories. Realistically in a 40 pound loss you lose what about 200 calories a day?

5'10" I wear 32 waist 34 inseam. Medium shirts @ 170ish. I'm a beer can. After cutting from my bulk I'll fit in 31 waist but legs will be tighter @ 165 ish. I'm really a man.

Full on catered bbq. Brisket. Pork. Carne asada. Ceviche. Salsas. Ribs. Beer. And I'm sure there will be a lot of other stuffs. Then a pancake breakfast at our fairgrounds on Sunday just in case the scale refused to move.

After losing 40 pounds you have enough data that it really shouldn't be guesswork anymore. Accurately tracking your data points should all but eliminate the guesswork.

I go up and down by pounds each day. Two or three pound swings are not uncommon.

Yep. Skipping breakfast was the best thing I've done. Actually have a real dinner now.

Apparently I'm doing the anti leptin diet 1. I always eat after dinner. I call it dessert. 2. I eat two meals a day. 3. Both meals are big. One bigger.(dinner) 4. I eat no breakfast. 5. I. Love. Carbs.
