I'm going to throw another vote for intermittent fasting. If I eat breakfast my appetite is insatiable. I don't eat until lunchtime and I'm all good. Then dinner at 7 or 8

My breakfast is at noon. Big chicken sammich. Mayo,bacon,tomatoes,ketchup. On a Hawaiian sweet roll. Yumm

I doubt shredded will ever be me but I will have abs again after I finish cutting. 12 pounds left after the winter bulk.

Here is my advice. 1 eat food you like 2 maintain a smallish calorie deficit 3 start exercising by going for a walk. 4 be consistent. 5 don't listen to idiots. 6 succeed

I'm down 80. Bulked twice and on my second cut right now. I eat what I want . watch my macros. Pick stuff up. Put stuff down. Going on 4 + years.

My squat rack, bench, 3 different bars 800 lbs of plates and dumbells to 40(need a to get my set to 65s) are all where some people might put the dinner table. A cr 250 in the laundry room , a kx 65 in the living room and my daughter's three bmx bikes by the front door....I NEED A GARAGE:)

I'll go months eating the same 5 meals for dinner. Then go months eating completely different.

I won't. Even when at my highest weight in a bulk I can still say I'm down 60 pounds.
