Lol. My daughter figured out soon enough to eat what I cook or go to bed hungry. I'll let her pick a few times a week to be fair. She still says ' not more chicken dad' . good luck!

Today I had a big ole breakfast burrito. A sour cream donut. And chicken fajitas. Yesterday was two chicken chipotle subs. Teriyaki chicken . some rice. And birthday cake ice cream sammich.

My last bod pod said 13.8 ish%. I'm up about 5 pounds from bulking. Formula said I was 25.5%.

Apparently they are full of sugar and fat which apparently is metabolized differently than say a protein from some sort of lean meat which apparently isn't in a chicken nugget.
