5/3/1 four days a week. Ohp, deadlift,bench, squats. Start over. Usually right around an hour plus or minus a few.

My recipe= can of country gravy + pound of sausage. My daughter's favorite breakfast. I think the kind I use is libbys.

I have a bacon cheeseburger about once a week. A family sized pizza about monthly. Ice cream when I want it. I eat what I want when I want mostly. And, thankfully my favorite (well kinda) happens to be a chicken sammich.

I'm on my 4th cycle. Getting close to a 200 lb bench, 300 lbs squat, and 350 lb deadlift.

I have a bacon cheeseburger at least one a week. A whole pizza probably once a month. A pint of ice cream every two weeks. And anything else that I can manage to fit in that sounds yummy. Except pancakes. They are evil. Maybe every few months......can't control the intake of buttery syrupy carbohydratey goodness.

Mine too. I do let my daughter cook a few things so I don't have to hear her whine everday.

The only thing people notice is hard work and consistency at my gym.

I like the bars a lot also but I like the crunch of the chips even more. I also can eat just one bag of chips but with cookie dough bars I want them all in ma belly.

Around 45 a month for my daughter and I. Rock climbing. Two pools. Water slide. Cardio stuff. Free weights. Indoor track. Racquetball courts. Basketball courts. It's all there at our local rec center.

I would get nachos. A hot dog. A beer. And then hopefully there will be funnel cakes. 'More beer' is always a good go to.
