Hi, I am 5" - 180 pounds right now. started out at 190. i am 12-14 US size. being short makes losing weight a lot harder b/c we burn less w/ exercise and our BMR is lower. we need less food to start off. also, every pound shows up so much more on a shorter frame :(

the answer to these questions is so simple! I used to weigh a lot more and i was careful to eat mostly vegies etc i couldn't figure out how some ppl could eat chips and pretzels and fries etc and stay toothpick-y :( when i started calorie counting i figured it out. i totally indulge every single day and am losing weight.…
