For me, the Rabbit of Sleepiness, Procrastination, & Naive Sunday Planning. My 'weekly' planning lasts me til Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. I love you, Rabbit, but into the wild you go...

Dear Goblin, I have a bathroom scale that I think doesn't like me. No overt violence so I don't think it's evil; just a temperament difference I guess. Since you ingest toys, I thought maybe you'd like my scale, or maybe Feed the Goblins or a Goblinwill I can drop it off at. It would have to be soon. Please advise, m.o.

That's very neat - a true once in a lifetime experience...

My doctor recommended omega-3 and -6 fish oils to help; she said having the correction in essential fatty acids would ultimately help with cravings also. I've been reading an awful lot of success stories of people who lost even more weight once they started eating back their exercise calories (so if you burn 400 you eat…

Just remember that there are a lot of people on MFP who also receive little to no encouragement in real life, and it sounds like you need encouragement at this point. I'm not sure if you're referring to forum posts or your MFP friends here, but you could try communicating through your news feed instead, and deleting those…

"Faith is a lot like muscle. It is built up as you use it to overcome resistance." What a blessing you are. A mustard seed of faith, and now you share with others the evidence that this is true.

I probably respond with this too often, but what truly helps me is oatmeal with a spoon of dark chocolate peanut butter earlier in the day. This has helped my sweet tooth but it also helps my appetite overall.

Don't think this way! This is just years of feeling bad about yourself... you have succeeded, so be the first to totally appreciate what you've done and the fact that you're the same person in the package you were meant to have. You really do look great, and this is who you really are! You have a great smile & now you've…

My husband is a healthy weight, and has practically no interest in food... completely opposite of myself. I am a big-time emotional eater, but I also just happen to LOVE food. I love eating; I look forward to it. It bothered me for probably about the first 6 months after we started living together, years ago, but after…
