This would have been helpful this past weekend. Thanks for sharing.

Definitely not :( But... there is Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter Dip recipe (happens to be sugar-free & vegan): http://goo.gl/fiDvs :)

Homemade tacos every 3-5 days; full container of Ben & Jerry's half baked or Dove ice cream w/choc ganache.

I use Dreamfields; supposed to have a lower GI: http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com/ But I'm also curious about others, as I also love pasta and haven't tried many alternatives to traditional brands.

I feel that too, like hunger without hunger. Usually in the middle of the night. I lie to myself and pretend it's the Fat Destroyers waging a bloody battle.

Great job!

Exercise a little more, so you can eat a little more!

I don't follow a vegan diet, but FYI all of chocolatecoveredkatie's recipes are vegan, too :)

My appetite is much heartier in the evening, so I tend to eat lower calories earlier in the day (eggs, oatmeal w/CPB). It's also a great motivator for me to exercise to be able to eat a bit more :) And just in case, make sure you're eating your calories rather than drinking them.

I'm very sorry for your loss... thanks so much for sharing

Try http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com It's a healthy dessert blog. She makes things like Cookie Dough Balls, Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie, Cheesecake, & a few savory things too.

Wonderful!

Love your reply... definitely keep us posted

The ability to work in a few more calories is sometimes my motivation to exercise :) It sounds like you're worried that you're tottering on the fence and could fall back in the pen at any moment. There are many others that also think about the things you do (including those who are successful), and they're fine, too. Try…

You might consider looking into having a metabolic panel or some blood work done. You might have a thyroid issue or some kind of deficiency that is affecting your ability to lose.

Very noticeable!

Thanks!
