I wanted to post this for everyone to see. This is by far the best thing I have found to keep me going and I thought I would share it with all of you. After all, we all need some extra motivation/inspiration along the way.

A goal doesn't do much good unless you're constantly thinking about it, and working towards it. It's not easy to have tunnel vision, it takes discipline. When I say "discipline" I don't mean punishment, okay? ;) I mean order. Being disciplined simply means putting your personal world in order. It means ending the chaos that happens when you lose sight of your goals. It means getting rid of those traits or habits that interfere with your "get fit plan". It means remembering what you want, taking action to achieve your goals, and enjoying the rewards. Always focus on what you want, why you want it, and how good it is going to feel when you get it. ~via Fit Chicks on Facebook. Love them!
