I have the same problem...after the kids are in bed its my only time to watch TV and I always want something to eat when I'm watching a show. Last night I had a cup of hot cocoa and a couple pretzels. I've heard that brushing your teeth really does help, or chewing gum...but I think I'm not ready to go cold turkey yet.…

Hi, I'm new to this too :) Looking forward to getting in shape by summer and would love to have some buddies to help me a long the way. I'm 34 and have 4 kiddos...I'm 185 as of Monday and my goal weight is 135 (haven't been there since 10 plus years ago) Anyways, would love to have you as a fitness pal :)
