Been MIA the past 4 days. Pulled my hamstring a bit on my long run last Sunday - did slip on wet pavement coming down a hill but I hoped it would just go away and finished my run. You can add me. I am 44 with 11yo twins. Lost the weight and more after the kids were born but I've been having issues with my thyroid and adrenals which makes gaining easy and losing is very tough even if I do everything right, but I am trying! Just started P90x2 this week after a round of Chalean Extreme.
