I download audiobooks and listen to them while I'm doing cardio. It really helps pass the time on the machines if I can't get outside. Eating a snack like a banana helps give me energy before working out too.

I make a big crockpot of oatmeal on Sundays and reheat that for breakfast. I usually do an egg over easy to go with it if I've got 10 minutes. I take leftovers all the time! Otherwise, I take some kind of fruit, some yogurt or cottage cheese, chicken or tuna, and cucumbers.
