You can't spot target fat but you can with muscle. Try engaging your obliques more by doing side planks and side crunches. Eating healthy will reduce the fat and by sculpting your obliques it will tighten everything up and show some nice definition. Good luck.

You probably have what i have. A flat tummy but loose skin giving the same appears as if it was fat. Keep strengthening your core but try focusing on more oblique exercises. People tend to forget to work those muscles. Keep eating clean foods and you will start to notice change. Beware, it does take a long time.

i don't like either. Its been shown that artificial sweetener like Aspartame causes cancer in large enough doses. I would rather have fat that i can work off then a cancer that is out of my control. Now, to have one or the other as a treat either would be fine, it comes down to personal preference.

I would think strengthening your core may help. My sister had to go to physio all the time for a back injury she got due to a bad car wreck.
