I weigh in once a week- every Sunday. I wanted to do daily but I didn't want to see the fluctuations and be discouraged. Though I'm impatient come the end of the week, this is the best for me.

The biggest trigger would be my son when he's acting all crazy and frustrating. Also boredom and feeling lonely.

What about raisins, dried cranberries, almonds, 90 calorie granola bars, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, etc). And totally lots of water like the others said.

My new smartphone (didn't have one before) and getting the app Fooducate. Because I'll scan bar codes in the grocery store and cringe at what it tells me because normally it would've gone in my cart. DD myself and actually went to old navy a few years back and got one. Normally wear an XL but I got a L and it really holds them in place. Although if you're trying to look good too, this isn't the bra because it totally gives uniboob. However I just wanted them held and don't care about the look at all.

Almonds are a good source of calories, a baked potato (sans toppings) and raisins are things I've added to my diet the last week and are between 110-160 a serving and are pretty healthy for you.

My son and I switch up milks every once in awhile to keep it interesting. *Almond Milk Unsweetened- We both didn't like this and because of it didn't go back and give regular a chance *Silk- We both liked but it didn't taste as cold as cow's milk in cereal *Lactose Fat Free- This is our current try and it tastes great

Man kids are the worst. Luckily my son doesn't talk crap about me, but he used to talk crap about my friend Sara IN FRONT OF HER! Luckily he got older and heard my conversations to watch what he says!

I don't know if I have any diet filling foods, but I've noticed that with reducing my portions and having a cold glass of water has really helped me drink more water. Also, I've started to eat slower which has helped me feel more full. Also staying busy. Sometimes (at least for me) it's not always the food but my behavior…

I do that with things I can't resist eating more of- like twizzlers. Separate them into servings- so I have to make the conscious choice to grab and unwrap another serving.
