Pasta. I love pasta and eat it twice a week. Won't ever give that up! Cookies were hard but I don't eat them anymore, would've thought they would be too hard to give up on!

One of the owners of my company asked me how much I'd lost and when I said 30 lbs since January he asked me how. To be honest it was portion control/watching what I ate and exercising. And I'm still going strong. Good luck to YOU and everyone else out there!

Chili's chips and salsa. My family is out of state and when I went home my sister would go to chilis get the unlimited chips salsa and have 2-3 trays. Holy crap that's like at least 2000 calories! Wow, don't do that anymore!

I've noticed a discrepancy too but it's the opposite. My treadmill or machine workout is generally LESS that what MFP gives me. I just fill in what the machine says and use MFPs calculations for curciut training or a walk around the neighborhood.

What about flax milk? I've tried almond and soy--- lactose free milk too. The first too didn't get cold enough for my taste or, well, in my cereal. I've previously tried them with a diet plan and found I was more reliant on them or some kind of miracle versus focusing on diet and exercise. This time I'm just focused on diet/exercise and have been the most successful ever.
