I love Zumba, Just starting it up again next week, as classes interfere with the schedule I can make. I am excited to go back, hopefully it helps with this journey and keeping me motivated as I am having a hard time. Always looking for new friends for encouragement. I have yet to try Zumba Toning, any thoughts?

You look great, absolutley inspirational! I was your size when I started, Im at 157 now, but it is such an inspiration knowing that I can get down to my goal weight of 140 and look like that. Thank you for posting!!!

If you think of it over a period of 4 months that would be less than 10lbs a month. It is a very attainable goal and good job to you already!! I'm 5'4 and a bit, I would love to be down to 120 as my Perfect Ideal weight. I woudl like to be 135 by the end of the year. My family is going to Mexico and I have a sister who looks as if she should be on the runway, No way I want to stand beside her in beach photos... Hoping to get the support and motivation.

If your having trouble with the carbs issue, start with cutting down on your gluten intake, try rice noodles and egg noodles versus a traditional flour pasta. It will help in moderation to cut carbs but still allow you to indulge. S.

Realizing that I had to buy a pair of dress slacks a size up then I was used to. Went though my closet and the "tight" look was just not doing it for me. Time to loose that weight.

Love this idea and agree with M2Agm, we shoudl start a group and hold each other accountable. I would like to keep up with doing yoga at least twice in my week to help strtch my muscles I like the weigh in once a week idea, Monday is as good a day as any.

I feel the same way, especially after my family thought about going away for the holidays. Bathing suit and mirrors don't mix, acatully right now that feeling that mirrors themsleves just dont mix.
