The cream cookies .. oreos, snack well's, whichever .. serving size 3 cookies = 100+ cals I can never stop at 3 cookies .. especially when milk in involved.

Hey! That's an interesting questions. If I was asked that, I would smile and say yes (even if it's a small change). I would definitely want to get noticed because I put effort into losing weight and working out, you know ? Now some people just don't wanna get noticed and trust me, those people do hide under baggy clothes.…

I agree with most of the posts up here .. You cannot completely cut out your favorite foods. I had different cheat food at different points. 2 months ago I LOVED chicken nuggets so I would allow myself to eat them once a week and only 6 of them. Now it's pastry strudel .. protein milk shakes loaded with fruits ? will stay in your stomach longer and will keep you satiated until morning ? That's what I do when I go workout real early in the morning.
