I buy a whole chicken and bake it with rosemary and what's left over, and it's usually a lot I make chicken soup with and the soup alone I freeze it and it lasts about a month. I pull it out when we don't have many sides at dinner. My husband also takes it to work.

My knees and elbows always crack. I could bend my leg and my knee cracks then straighten it and bend and it cracks. I am 37 and have had this issue since I was maybe 12. I just think it's something to do with how your body grew.

I think 1200 calories would be horrible. I don't think they take into account that they should work out too. They want to lose weight to fast. I was set at 1 pound a week. I find that I lose more than that a week. I am set at 1660 calories and I have no trouble with that goal.

I started at 288 and am down to 259. I wish my number were lower. But I have done such a great job and part of my success is because of this website. I love MFP. If you need friends just ask me.

I am totally addicted to MFP. I don't go on facebook very much. MFP is the first thing I look at when I get up and the last thing I look at before bed. It is so positive.

I used to love the spicy italian sandwich but now watchiing calories and so last night I got a turkey breast on wheat with bell peppers, and spinach with mustard. my hubby like the turkey with black forest ham, and my kiddos like the chicken breast toasted.
