Hi there, I generally use 'aerobics general' for the legth of time you were working out. The only other way is to invest in a heart rate monitor for the correct calorie burn; I havn't got round to that yet. Hope this helps x

Im 5'9 and started at 251. Still a bit to go, but down 55lbs so far :smile:
