That she's having fun in life and taking advantage of rocking awesome hair colors!!

Ok. Braid it before you go in, and spray in some oil like jojoba on top. Rub it into your ends, but just smear it over the top of the rest. Then do a rinse-shower before you swim (they usually have shower heads right by the pools in gyms); basically get your hair wet so thatwater absorbs into your hair with the oil instead…

Off topic, and I wasn't the one being called out, but I grew up relating "girls to women" in the same sense of "miss to ma'am." I hear "girls" used a lot more in SoCal, and out of the mouths of females. Sometimes it's just a mental age thing... doesn't always have to be oppressive. Back to the original post. It smells of…

Out of your list I am only familiar with the FT4, and for me it was very basic, straightforward, and... well, that's about it. I personally use an FT40 and love the heck out of it. But if you're looking for something more advanced than an "In The Zone" graph while you work out, I'd suggest upgrading. I'll guess it now that…

Black Irish and Navajo American. I'd say I was about 50/50, but Black Irish isn't exactly a pure line.

You can adjust your settings to track more nutrients. Fiber is one of the options.

This will make you feel so much better after a workout as well; takes the swelling out of your muscles and quells the soreness. Show me a wrap that does that.

I've asked not to be weighed before, and have been told that it was a requirement. Their "option" was for me to step onto the scale backward so I wouldn't have to see the number. :grumble:

She never told me that my pants didn't fit.

What helps me not focus on food is to focus on what I want. I chose a person who had a body type similar to mine before I gained the weight, similar frame that I could get back to, etc., and I focused on doing what I knew she did to keep her shape, as well as burning out on cardio to get the initial "too much" weight down.…

My Polar FT40 (not the Ft4) HRM. It goes with me everywhere.

She wouldn't let me pee alone!

She sold me out to the cops.

I don't see why not. :)

:noway: Some days you just can't turn down that awesome pizza, man. It's not an eating disorder.

Not seeing it happen.

Well... I've tried Seasonique (the 3-monthly), and I honestly hated it. It made me crave having a full stomach all the time, but that's my personal experience. I'd offer up a friend's, but I don't know anyone else who has used it. Honestly the 3-monthly scared me because of the "What if, and I don't find out in time?"…

I've just started on adding PowerBars to my daily meal, and it's not ruining a thing.

Random cardio (dancing, jumping jacks, lunges), dumbbells, and eating healthier stuff (like the fruit and cheese single platters from Fresh & Easy) for lunch while in college. These were a while back, but proof that it has happened and is possible. :drinker:

Each is about 20 lbs apart.

I've wrapped the watch band around my tank top strap before to keep my arms bare. Just an idea.

I was there. My start? Walking. I'd walk about a mile (around the park at work) every other morning, and do some cardio stuffs (jumping jacks, squats, dance moves) to music. I bought a Polar Heart Rate Monitor so that I'd have a better idea of how many calories I was burning, and it was WAY different from MFP's…

This needs to be repeated. This is what YOU want, what YOU chose to do, and what YOU are going to succeed at. You are the only one that can hold YOU back. Strive to win!

False. TNP has already done their workout for the day.

I'm another for ASICS Gel-Kayano (19 or 20). I pronate from the ankles (I have arches, but weak ankles make my feet roll inward, and they hold my ankles and feet just right for running. And the PADDING, lemme tell ya... I tried to switch when I couldn't find my size (Big Foot 10 here), and I was miserable with all…
