I'll drink decaf coffee but I don't do caffeine as it makes my heart race and makes me feel enxious :noway:

Mine was buying a new shirt for work and having to get a size 24. I didn't see a size 24 in the mirror as I was in denial but there was no arguing with the labels in clothes. That was in January but now I'm a size 14 and feel like a different person. Good luck in your journey and add me if you would like any extra support.…

I weighed myself the day I started mfp and went with that. It works for me but everyone needs different motivation.

I find the more sweet stuff I have the more I crave so I've cut out sweets and chocolates opting instead for dried fruits with yougurt and honey. Even then I have to be careful not to have it too often. You've lost an amazing amount of weight so you must have pretty good self control

I was in this situation and the guys breath was rank  I don't know if he had a health condition but it really made everyone feel ill. Worst of all he was in a customer service position and had clients sitting in close proximity for up to an hour! I didn't feel it was my place to pass comment but I carried mints in my…

No good news I'm afraid. My son is now 20 and he passed his test at 18 but it's impossible for him to have a car because the insurance is just a total rip off. We searched all the comparison sites and independants and never found anything reasonable. The lowest I found was via comparethemeerkat and that was about £2500 a…

I like to pre plan my meals so I don't go browsing in the refrigerator when I'm hungry. I also walk my dogs twice a day for 40 mins so I update this each morning. Any other exercises like swimming I only update after I've done them.

Before I started to lose weight I was in a very bad place emotionally. I knew I needed to lose weight, hated what I saw in the mirror, worried about what it was doing to my health. I knew in my heart that I needed to lose weight and I just needed to find the strength and tools to do it. What I didn't need was anyone else…

Im not liking this app. It makes me feel like a fat freak!

What a great attitude! I know exactly what you're saying because I have said the same thing. Something inside just clicks and you know this is the beginning of the end of being fat. I look forward to seeing those before and after pictures. Good luck in your journey

Such a moving story, so sorry for your loss. This site has the best support network and I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. Good luck in your journey. Your Mum would be very proud of you. Feel free to add me as a friend
