I do a whey protein shake in the morning but I throw a handful of coffee beans in the blender with it to give it a little extra kick and I love it.

I reluctantly get on the scale once a week. I have to tell myself what ever the scale says it does not change my weight! I usually find it motivational what ever it says

Hang in there it sounds like you are heading the right direction. I could tell you all the whole foods I love but I am guessing you will need to find your own. There is some great stuff out there that is healthy so hang in there.
