What are macros exactly? The only beer I drink has 2.6 grams of carbs and I eat a pretty low carb diet otherwise.

It does really bad when I turn my neck and is very sharp. I'm going to the chiropractor this afternoon. It hurts so bad I feel like I may throw up sometimes. :/

Well, I guess my arms and legs are probably slightly bigger too.....Thing is...I wear the same size clothes pretty much!

I am 5'2" and weigh 138. I am pretty muscular and no one ever believes I weight 138. I wear a 4 in bottoms and a medium top. I usually have to wear a 6 or 8 in dresses that zip because I am busty and thick through the ribs.

I'm on RX meds for these issues and they help somewhat, but somethings I still have to avoid all together. Well, I do LOVE vegetables! Just can't eat raw ones since my stomach doesn't digest them properly.

Hahaha I know...The thing is I can't do like raw vegetables because of stomach issues...can't digest raw stuff...and I just have never been a big fruit eater. I know I probably need to throw some in there. I do like grapes and apples.

Thanks, but I don't see how in the world I am not in a calorie deficit. Sometimes I think the medicine I have to take has stalled my weight loss.

I run 5 to 6 days a week and do some circuit training. Running is my main workout source. I don't want to just eat junk food. Most days I eat plenty of veggies and lean protein. What exactly are macros? Like cals, fat, carbs, etc? I try to eat balanced out most days, but some days there simply isn't time.
