I am 5'3" and weigh 144 lbs as of this morning. In September I weighed 145, but started lifting and my body changed. I want to weigh less for my height, but I do know muscle is smaller than fat and you can have much more muscle and even weigh more. Thanks for the help.

Guys, I am definitely not looking for "I'm pretty"... I just want to see how others see me then my mom. Yes, I'm 5'3" and actually have alway had a lot of muscle tone. I haven't been to the gym in two months due to work, kids, and plain out stress.

I'm 5'3" and a Virgo lol... I typically wear a size 6 pants, and sometimes a 4. Medium shirts unless they button and sometimes large because I am busty.

Solieco, I just wanted honest opinions from others. My mom already hurt me, but I want to know how others perceive me. I don't look in the mirror and see some huge woman, but then sometimes we can't see ourselves truly. I'm not trying to make myself feel better, I just want to see if others see myself the way she does.

Haha TR FitPhilly - thanks, I've had a lot going on and I'm just so down. I just want some honest opinions. My mom has always wanted me to be a "Barbie". Gets old. I've lived through 33 years of her treating me that way.

Thank you for the responses. LivingLean, I think you are right for sure. Low carb is not sustainable for long term. I drink about 140 oz of water a day and I still have my nutrient goals set to have 1,210 calories a day.

Thank you! I don't "feel" big...I just hate the number on the scale. When I weighed 113 I was very little and people always told me I was too little. You wouldn't think that at 113 and 5'2". I think a lot of it has to do with how muscular you are really. I know people who weigh 15 lbs less than me and sure don't look it.…

I don't think it's unrealistic and I believe you can keep it off. My goal isn't much different than yours at all. I haven't eaten yet today... Only had coffee and water... Haven't had time until now and I want to punch myself! So, would my drinks for the day still be at fault for 6 more lbs?!? I took my measurements and they are still down...

If you go on a low carb diet like Atkins you can drop a good amount of weight in 5 weeks. A lot of it will be water weight, but in my opinion it is still weight.
