Hit the gym, or do some type of physical activity to make up what you can. Tomorrow is a new day. No one said this was easy!

I work in a hospital clinic doing Neuropsych assessments. Some days mentally exhausting, other days chill. I like my down time in between clients, decent pay and great benefits

And keep one thing in mind....HE cannot sabotage you. YOU have control over what goes into your mouth. Yes we ALL know that is easier said than done, but don't blame anyone else.

I wouldn't cook 2 meals...I won't do it for my child and I won't for my husband! My husband is kind of a picky eater...I actually haven't changed my cooking much. I just measure out my portions now with measuring cups, I look up everything I cook on here so I know how much I can eat and still stay within range. He doesn't…

I like the new Peanut Butter Multigrain Cheerios, 'original' Fiber One or the Fiber One with Flakes. Also I like Quaker Oatmeal Squares.

Is your goal weight something that is reasonable for your height/frame? Sometimes the 'magic number' we have in our heads is not going to jive with our bodies.

Yes! Make it a habit and it will get easier. Most days I get in 96oz.

LOVE my in-laws, including his siblings. I lucked out BIG TIME.

Honestly, I'm prone to hit up the Goodwill Store for workout gear.

That is the only 'bad' thing...the size of your pouch and cm bypassed varies by surgeon, it's normally by their preference....I hope you get things worked out to where you want them to be!

Pandora has just recently added 'workout' stations. I like them, you may check them out and see if they suit your tastes.

1 cup SF jello with a dollop of Cool Whip is surprisingly filling (sometimes).

2 jumbo cups a day, with cream and sugar. I have sworn off store bought creamer, as I found a recipe for creamer on Pinterest without all the crap chemicals. It's merely milk, sweet condensed milk, a pinch of cream, vanilla and some Torani caramel syrup. Yum.

Sounds to me like you lost an additional 200+ lbs by 'losing' him!

Just wanted to say to hi to all!!! I had RNY 5/3/2004. Starting weight 326, my 'nice' weight was 168. Gained up to 188, 8 gone since joining MFP, yay!!!!! Working to get that 20 back off!! I'm here to support everyone!!! I just wanted to comment about a post I just read...you can't really 'stretch' your pouch back out. The…

I'm pitifully addicted to Pinterest. I use it mostly for recipes, but can waste tons of time looking at everything!

After reading this entire thread, it begs the question....everyone else keeps talking about HER respecting HIS wishes...what HIM respecting what SHE wants to do? Yes, I'm married. We are a team. Mutual decisions are made all the time, when it affects our unit. Honestly, I fail to see why this is something even being…

Find someone else to take the pictures, and post them if you want to. He is your husband, not your boss/parent/owner.

Do a search for 'cheat' or 'spike' days, there several old posts. It can be helpful to boost you as others have said. I will always keep in mind a comment one poster made. Having a cheat/spike day does NOT mean binge!!!1

While there are certain things you need to do following WLS (depending on which procedure you had), there really ARE no 'ins and outs' except for eating high protein and the fact that your quantities are limited at one sitting. I'm much further out though and can now eat 'normal people' portions, vs my old Jabba The Hut…

WLSer here *raises* hand, 7.5 years out of surgery, trying to lose the 20 I've put on. Lost 160. It doesn't matter. MFP will work for you, cal counts are accurate. You may just have to eat more frequently. One thing I have found is that now that I'm back to measuring my food, my restriction is still pretty good. I'm…

Yup, he is LUSCIOUS...*swoon*

Mostly I think I prefer my steak medium. My husband like well done...ick! When we go to a restaurant and the server asks him how he would like his meat cooked, I say 'shoe leather'!!! LOL

Hats off to you Teacher peeps!! I don't know HOW you do it! And frankly, with as much half-assed parenting that goes on now, I'm surprised that anyone WANTS to do it. It makes me sad...seems like there are a lot of parents out there who just don't feel it's worth it to invest some time into their own children...they just…

SF Jello with a dab of Cool Whip is filling to me for snack.

I agree with you...and I'd be pretty pissed that the school wouldn't honor that request. My daughter like to leave her gloves at school...so her hands get to freeze until she remembers to bring them back home. I get sick of her leaving them, and I make her go without even though we have spares!
