Thanks! Yes, I live by the Good Food website but lots of my recipes are high in calories so I've stopped making them. I'll have to look at their section for low cal meals I think. It depends which mood I'm in. Sometimes its chocolate/cake and others it's savoury (mainly crisps/cheese and crusty bread).

Hi, it's interesting to read about this. I am having the same problems. I'v e been tracking my calorie intake and doing around 150-180 cals worth of exercise 5 times a week and have only lost 2lbs!
