  • I most certainly can! I have found a Curves here in Taiwan and joined last fall. Three days a week. 30 minutes each time. I can add some walking when it's not raining (rainy season in the tropics is something to behold!). Thanks!
  • I join around the first of the year and the group I was in has kind of vanished. What's the 24 hour challenge? I'm looking for a little support but also a new challenge to keep me motivated.
