I am but just for breakfast, at the moment I never have time and find I cant eat solids early in the morning, however I am also using it after workouts for muscle repair :)

I do 2 workouts a day one in the morning and one in the evening so generally I wear my workout clothes for both then I wash them.

It would probably be more 30 mins with the warm up and cool down and i usually log after ive turned everything off and had a drink so could be up to 40 mins I guess. I love all of her dvds and im currently doing 30ds now I have 4 days left of lvl 1. If you google results then the pictures honestly speak for themselves. Ive been burning 300 plus calories in 20 mins doing level 1. It doesnt help you lose a lot of weight because you put on muscle so dont feel disheartened by the scales…

I would probably have to say lower but I like strong legs, nice back and shoulders (as long as they are bot too huge) So i guess both but id rather them things than a 6 pack etc. :)

Thank you and yes I am Its great for me as I am definitely a meat lover :) I do not really eat much fruit but do have cravings every now and again. This is my 4th week and ive lost 10 pounds but i did gain 2 pounds at the weekend but have got it back off again now :) Hoping to lose 2 stone eventually. :)

I find that im probably more approachable etc but not because im skinnier and have lost weight but because im more comftable in myself and have a lot more confidence I think confident women that are bigger will get "hit on" more than skinny women who arent etc.

Maybe keep the length or just take a bit off it but get really short choppy layers cut in and have it shaped/feathered at the front around your face.

I totally agree I roughly do Mon - burn just under 400 cal Tues - 800 Wed - 400 thurs - 400 fri - 600 sat - rest sun - rest I have been working my butt off all week and have somehow managed to gain 2 lbs ! its so frustrating,
