Thank you so much for your posts/ answers. I am a student so over £100 it is quite an expense for me im in 2 minds whether to save and get one or risk taking my phone and using apps such as map my run.

Thank you so much Sonia will definitely try to find this app it sounds awesome ! Also thank you Obsidianwings I am also changing my diet as my main focus is my running at the moment. I am sure as more time goes on I will focus more on weights and hopefully increase my protein intake :)

I'm not skinny at all I have put on so much weight too ! I want to lose another stone and even then I wont be skinny thats just a realistic goal. Yeah it is hard to stick with a programme but once you have been doing it 2 weeks it will become a habbit and will be easier to stick to. I would still use 30 day shred even if…

If you can pick up some second hand weight watchers books online, they have loads of great ideas and all low cals :) I got some for xmas :D I need to start again too put on so much weight since xmas but im going to start running again tomorrow and I am working out a weights routine :) x

I want to improve my shape really not too bothered by my actual weight. I am going to try and be healthy so hopefully I will see some good results :)

The aching comes and goes during a run but its more there than not lol. I definitely have not done 300 miles in them.

Awesome thank you :) I am hoping for the same thing. I trained for a 10k and didnt do as well as expected and since have lost my motivation so im hoping it will get me back into running :)

I agree :P I hate the women that go to the gym take up equipment but then do the smallest amount of exercise so they dont get sweaty ! Thank you this website is awesome :D

Thank you for your advice. To be honest I have had these shoes for quite a few months and they have given me blisters on 2 occasions :S can't really afford a new pair at the moment but I might look into getting some different shoes when I can afford them :P Just hope they get me through my first 10k :P Thanks :)

Thank you I can afford to join a gym but it will cost me so much to get there as I do not drive therefore I am creating a gym at home and I also run 3 times a week :)

Thanks for the tips everyone. One thing I found really horrible was how hot my feet got lol :P I have proper breathable running shoes and running socks :S

Thanks guys :) Canelly did you lose weight doing it ? I find when I do JM dvds I often gain weight (in muscle) or stay the same it is really frustrating despite the change in strength etc

Awesome :) Maybe its something I should do once ive got to my target weight then. I know its about what you look and feel like rather than the scale but I said I wanted to be 10st and Im 10lbs so want to achieve that first then I will do weight training etc :)
